Segue

This project involved designing a concept-led brochure for Zig, a property company specialising in transforming disused historic landmarks into exceptional places to live. Their latest development, Segue, reimagines a former plywood factory-turned-broadcasting centre in Hungary—once home to radio studios and a major broadcast hall—into contemporary apartments. The renovation balances the building’s utilitarian, experimental exterior with mid-century modern interiors, creating a refined yet characterful living environment. Named Segue (pronounced Segway) as a nod to its broadcasting past, the development embodies transition, flow, and creative connection.

The brief was to move beyond typical property brochures and create a visually engaging, concept-driven publication that celebrates the building’s story and architectural personality. Targeted at creative individuals seeking a sanctuary that supports both collaboration and solitude, the brochure needed to feel culturally rich, expressive, and inspiring.

Guided by the brand’s visual values—Utilitarian, Bold, and Creative—the final design blends strong graphic structure, confident typography, and expressive storytelling, resulting in a brochure that captures the spirit of Segue and its vibrant artistic community.
